This is the first in my "Happiness" series of abstract paintings. I would like to produce this series using various patterns, shapes and colors that are bright and lively, thus creating a sense of being happy and uplifted. This piece would make a beautiful addition to a wall in a waiting room, or at home in your bedroom, living room, hallway or work space.

As an artist, I am interested in painting and capturing images of all the beauty that surrounds us. We live in an incredibly beautiful world, and I try not to take that for granted. I paint with watercolors (my favorite medium), acrylics, alcohol inks, color pencils, sometimes mixing different mediums for certain effects. I also try capturing interesting views or angles with my camera. Depending on the subject, I may modify a photograph digitally to create a totally different and interesting image.
